Steamology requires a 24-hour cancellation notification.
Steamology reserves the right to add an up charge fee between $50-$100 for vehicles that are heavily soiled. This will be determined upon initial inspection of your appointment and agreed upon prior to services being rendered.
Biohazard removal (vomit, blood, urine, etc.) will be charged an additional $100 to $150. We cannot guarantee full removal.
To better protect our clients’ property, Steamology reserves the right to take before and after photos of the interior and exterior of your vehicle.
We reserve the right to use before and after pictures and videos for Steamology marketing and branding purposes.
We conduct a final walk-through with the client to ensure satisfaction. Once that is complete and the invoice had been paid, all sales are final.
Steamology is not responsible for any damage or malfunctions to your vehicle that occurred prior to our service that WAS NOT fixed by the owner.
